Hi, I'm Cathy

Health Transformation Coach, yoga lover, and someone who’s been on her own messy, real, and eye-opening journey with food, body confidence and mindset.

For years, I struggled with my weight. I’d try to eat “well” during the week, only to swing the other way by the weekend. I felt uncomfortable in my skin, frustrated that nothing ever stuck, and constantly chasing that “starting fresh on Monday” feeling.

On top of that, I was later diagnosed with PCOS and prolactinaemia – so the hormonal rollercoaster was very real. It honestly felt like my body was working against me most of the time.


After a lot of restriction, self-sabotage and feeling utterly disgusted with myself, I started to see a totally different approach to health — food in South East Asia was fresh, movement was natural, and people really listened to their bodies.

That’s when the penny dropped: I didn’t need another diet. I needed a whole new way of thinking about my health.

I started nourishing myself, moving in ways that felt good (hello yoga!), and building simple habits that actually stuck (like starting the day with a glass of water - every day, without fail!)

And it worked — not overnight, but in a sustainable, freeing, and empowering way.

Now I help other women do the same. I’m a Level 5 certified Health & Wellbeing Coach and yoga instructor, and I combine everything I’ve learned — from science to soul — to help you feel strong, confident, and totally at home in your body.

And when I’m not coaching, you’ll probably find me paddleboarding, hiking, cooking something colourful, or dancing the day away at a festival!
