The 6-Week Programme

Week 1 – Build Your Foundation
You’ll learn exactly how to build balanced plates that stabilise blood sugar, reduce cravings, and fuel your body for energy and weight loss. We’ll cover how much protein, carbs, and fats you actually need - no guessing.

Week 2 – Reconnect with Your Body
Learn to eat mindfully - notice hunger and fullness cues, slow down, and enjoy food without guilt. We’ll explore movement that fits your life and feels enjoyable, so exercise becomes empowering instead of exhausting.

Week 3 – Break the Diet Cycle
Discover the triggers behind bingeing, emotional eating, and “all-or-nothing” habits. You’ll get tools to respond differently, stop self-sabotage, and create a calmer, more flexible relationship with food.

Week 4 – Heal from the Inside Out
Understand how gut health impacts digestion, energy, mood, and motivation. Learn simple ways to support your gut with everyday foods and start shifting your body image from criticism to compassion.

Week 5 – Balance Your Hormones
Learn how food, movement, and lifestyle affect hormones (including perimenopause), energy, mood, and weight. Discover the tweaks that help you feel calmer, stronger, and energised - not depleted.

Week 6 – Mindset Magic + Future You
Shift limiting beliefs, stop negative self-talk, and lock in habits that last. You’ll map out your healthiest, happiest version of “you” and create a realistic plan to stay consistent beyond the programme - reaching your ideal weight.
