What is Health Coaching?

Health coaching bridges the gap between wanting to make a change and actually doing it.

I help you build realistic, sustainable habits around nutrition, movement, and mindset - tailored to your life, your energy, and your goals.

Unlike a personal trainer or nutritionist, a health coach works holistically: we look at the bigger picture - sleep, stress, lifestyle, environment and motivation - so you can feel better in every area of your wellbeing.

Who It’s For

I work with people who want to:

  • Lose weight in a healthy, sustainable way (no crash diets or calorie counting), and learn how to keep the weight off

  • Increase energy, improve sleep and reduce stress

  • Build a more active lifestyle that feels enjoyable and achievable

  • Rebuild confidence in their body and relationship with food

  • Learn how to nourish themselves without restriction or guilt


Whether you’ve been referred by your GP or you’re simply ready to make a change, this is a safe, supportive space to start.

What We Work On Together

Every session is completely tailored to you, but topics often include:

  • Building a balanced plate (simple, nourishing meals)

  • Blood sugar balancing and gut health

  • Overcoming emotional eating or low motivation

  • Creating a movement routine that fits your life

  • Stress management tools and mindset support

  • Setting achievable goals and accountability

How It Works

  • 1:1 sessions held online or in person (South Oxfordshire)

  • 60 minutes focused entirely on your goals and challenges

  • You’ll leave each session with clear, actionable steps to take forward

  • Option to book as a single session or as a block of 6 sessions

Between sessions, you’ll have access to email support if you need some additional guidance.

  • Initial 90- minute consultation: £79

  • 60-minute session: £60

  • 6 x 60-minute sessions (to use in 2 months): £325
