What Is a Banana Thick-Shake Bowl?

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract & a pinch of cinnamon

How to Make It

  2. Blend low and slow: Start blending at a low speed. The yogurt will offer a lot of the necessary liquid, so you probably won't need extra milk. Scrape down the sides as needed until the mixture reaches a thick, creamy consistency.

  3. Serve and top: Carefully scoop the mixture into a bowl. For that added crunch and flavor, top it off with some chopped nuts, cacao nibs, or a handful of berries.
